Fun activities

The girls and I have done a few fun activities this month. We went to the candy factory with auntie Jess and horseriding at grandpas:

Happy Easter!

We had a good easter this year. Here are some pictures:

Emalia got more dye on her hands and the floor than on her eggs :)

Easter Morning:

Ema liked her stickers, I think she used half of them in 5 minutes.

Easter Sunday:

Of course here are the girls in their easter dresses, easter socks, and holding their easter animals.

Analei must be thinking, "can't we start yet?"/Emalia finds an egg, yeah!

Analei's Birthday

Analei wanted her family party at grandma's house. She chose fried chicken legs, mashed potatoes, and peas for her birthday dinner. She picked an icecream cake for her birthday cake. Auntie Jess did an excellent job making the cake. She got some fun stuff for her birthday.

Apparently something got a hold of my camera on that last picture...

Since Analei turned 5 this year she got to have a friend birthday party. She decided that instead of a cake she wanted cupcakes. At her party they went on a treasure hunt (the kids got to color their own treasure maps) outside. It was a great success. They also decorated their own cupcakes and of course there were presents.

Fun in Texas

So we went to Texas the end of last year/beginning of this year and had a really good time, despite the cold weather. At least it wasn't as cold as Utah. Here are some pictures of what we did:

Houston Zoo:

Ema loved the aquarium. She would chase the fish along the glass when they swam by her. Aneti would scream and run away. Hee, hee.

Mom.... Mom.... MOM!!! She's falling...

I found 4 monkeys in a tree/Sydnie: "Ema, stop stealing my fuit snacks." Ema: "Hey, what's that over there?"

Um, is he looking for lunch?/Dad, can we bring this one home?

Japanese Garden:

NASA Space Center:

Sydnie really wanted a picture with the space shuttle/Ema, well, she apparently had some issues in her nose.

Future austronauts (Levi, don't look so excited)/What's for lunch?/Mom look, I see the North Star.

Yeah, buttons..... More buttons...... I love buttons!

Whitnie seemed to enjoy the spinny ride, she didn't throw up at least.

Galveston Island Beach:

It was cold, but I don't think the girls noticed.

Aneti, Maddie and Analei collected bags of seashells/Ema: "Faster Gama, faster!"/Emalia enjoyed digging sand and dumping it on her pants.

Did Kellie dig them out, or leave them to the ocean?

Happy New Year:

All the girls enjoyed watching fireworks from the window.... well, almost all the girls.

On the way home:
